Who we are

Personal Season is run by PersonalSeason, Poland (“we”). Our address and details are on the contact page.

What you get

The color preview is free: your four color traits, 3 best colors shown on your photo, one near-miss comparison and one outfit idea. The full report is a digital product sold for a one-time $1.99, including any sales tax. Checkout may show the price in your local currency. The full report adds your complete palette, 6 better vs near-miss comparisons, makeup, hair and jewelry-metal guidance, a full set of outfits, a printable PDF and a phone wallpaper. There is no subscription and no account.

Your photo

Only share a photo of yourself, or one you have the right to use. We analyze it only after you agree. It is processed in memory and never stored on our servers. See the privacy policy.

Payment and immediate access

Payments are handled by Stripe. At checkout, you ask for immediate access to your report and agree that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once it is delivered. The report is delivered when its page opens after payment. We also email you its permanent link.

Refunds

If your report is clearly wrong or unusable, we refund it when you ask within 14 days. The refund policy explains how.

What the results mean

Personal Season estimates color traits from your photo and your drape choices. Lighting, camera processing, screens, makeup and framing all affect the result. It is styling guidance, not medical, diagnostic or professional advice.

Your report link

Your report has a permanent link that anyone with the link can open, so share it only with people you choose. If you lose it, you can get the link emailed to you again.

Fair use

Don't use Personal Season to analyze or profile other people without their permission, and don't interfere with how the site runs. The report is for your personal use.

Liability

We take care to keep Personal Season working and accurate, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the price you paid. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law that applies to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

Changes and contact
