Terms

Use PersonalSeason as guidance, not a rulebook.

These terms cover the personal project’s informational color consultation and the portrait you choose to submit.

Human review note: These terms and the status of support@personalseason.com require owner or legal review before public deployment.

Your portrait and consent

You confirm that you have the right to use the portrait you submit. Selecting a file creates a local preview; processing begins only after you consent. The compressed portrait is temporarily processed on the server, deleted immediately after processing is attempted, and covered by a scheduled 24-hour maximum-retention fail-safe.

What the result means

PersonalSeason estimates color relationships and season fit from the supplied image, then applies your comparison choices. Lighting, camera processing, display settings, makeup, eyewear, and framing can affect the output. Results are informational and are not medical, diagnostic, identity, or professional styling advice.

Availability and responsibility

The project may change, pause, or be unavailable. You remain responsible for how you use the guidance and for keeping a copy of any information you want after the in-memory session ends.

Acceptable use

Do not submit a portrait you are not authorized to use, attempt to identify or profile another person, interfere with service operation, or use the development analysis lab as a customer upload path.

Contact and review status

Questions may be directed to support@personalseason.com. The project owner must verify that this address is active and that these terms are appropriate for the deployment jurisdiction.
